Alon began his journey at Shelley’s in 1987 working in the warehouse, and by 2001, he had become its owner. Under his leadership, the company has thrived for decades—honoring its analog roots while embracing the innovations of the digital age. Driven by a lifelong passion for music and film, Alon has dedicated his career to delivering integrated system experiences that combine precision sound with exceptional visuals.
Beyond Shelley’s Stereo, Alon serves as Technical Advisor—and formerly as a long-standing Board Member—for the Valley Cultural Center, where he helped bring beloved community events like “Movies on the Green” to life. When he’s not working, he enjoys traveling, skiing, and catching live concerts whenever he can.
