I hope that this message finds you well despite the obviously difficult circumstances related to the COVID-19 threat. The purpose of this post is to communicate the status of our operations here at Shelley’s Stereo. As you would expect, we have monitored this situation closely and taken a series of precautionary steps to protect the safety of our team and to ensure that there is no lapse in service to our many valued clients.
At present, our offices are open Monday - Friday 10am-6pm. We are observing all the recommendations of the CDC. As a point of information, we do not currently employ anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or exhibiting symptoms. We have instructed our team members to cancel non-essential travel and avoid scheduling additional trips without careful consideration and discussion. Should that decision create a problem for you, please contact us directly so that we can discuss your circumstances and make a decision that is reasonable for all involved.
We will continue to communicate with you as necessary since the situation is obviously fluid and requires constant monitoring. We welcome your feedback or concerns should you have any.
